CURRENT PROJECT
NORPAC DRY WAREHOUSE
This 60,000 SF new build is an expansion to the Norpac Facility, primarily used as a Dry Warehouse. The structure is a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) which includes a large break room, restrooms, utility and storage room, office space and conference room on the second floor.
HOLT AG SOLUTIONS
The project includes the demolition of several agricultural buildings to facilitate the use of the site as an equipment sales and service facility. The remodel includes adding a 60’ x 60’ pre-engineered steel building for a warehouse, a sales and office space, and a service repair garage for agricultural equipment.
ARTHUR MURRAY
DANCE STUDIO
Former space was demolished and remodeled into a state-of-the-art dance studio. From the floor plan to the finishes, the space has been transformed into a sophisticated community gathering spot with 17’ ceilings and world-class dance floor.
MARION COUNTY
REHAB FACILITY
Remodel of an existing building, along with the new construction transformed this space into a 46,000 sq ft service center for Marion County. From a new floor plan to all new MEPs, this project was the ultimate showcase of the old meeting the new, featuring a new second floor, elevator, and grand staircase.
OWENS HOME
This 5,150 sq ft modern farmhouse sits on 3.3 acres and was built from concrete. Boasting a gym, themed bedrooms and several play areas, the home is ideal for a family living in Oregon’s rainy seasons. Highlights include a private master suite with balcony, large open floor plan, exposed ducting, raw beams, heated concrete ground floor, sauna and a separate apartment with full kitchen and bath.
Sundial Manufactured Home Park: Sales Center

Designed and furnished by Barrett Design, Inc., this 1,363 sq ft sales center was demolished and rebuilt from the ground up for this 55+ community. Not only does this new-build feature a polished conference room with storefront windows and a patio, but also includes private offices, reception space and support spaces.
Sundial Manufactured Home Park: Community Center and Pool Building

This 4,036 sq ft retirement community center, renovated from a vacant church, features new large windows, all new ADA updates, large open floor plan and a stage.
Straight from the mid-20th century, this Quonset hut was used as a swimming hall for decades. We transformed this once dilapidated space into a bright and welcoming community attraction that includes a library, work out center and billiards room in addition to the swimming pool.
To top off the renovation, the Pool Building has revamped its’ vacant exterior to provide an eye catching BBQ bar, patio, bocci ball court, pickle ball court and dog park for its residents.
GRECO HOME
Overlooking the river below, the wrap around porch is not the only appeal to this 4,525 sq ft house. Customized for entertainment, this home features a large master suite with two guest suites, multiple living areas, and a glass wall wine room.
LAKEWOOD MOBILE HOME PARK: CLUBHOUSE AND POOL BUILDING

The existing clubhouse was demolished and rebuilt to connect with the neighboring building, expanding this community space to 5117 sq ft. Updated with a modern look, the clubhouse highlights a billiard room, library, fitness center, yoga room, a large kitchen, dining and lounge area, as well as a manager and sales office with reception.
What once was a maze of closets and doors, the pool building has been remodeled with a spacious floor plan and upgraded its changing room facilities. The existing laundry room was replaced with a card room and filled with poker tables and a TV.
Between the two buildings, a large patio stretches out towards the lake where residents can enjoy the outdoor BBQ kitchen and fireplace.
